I was very pleased with the service I received the first time, that’s why I came back to them. The units are clean, no rodents of any kind, the management is awesome, (they even tell you how to save money on your unit) and the facility is well secured. They want you to be happy with your storage space, and they go out of their way to make sure you have great service. I almost missed a month payment and they called me to make sure I didn't get a late fee. 10/10 service.

We sold our house a month before we moved out of state last year and needed a place to store some of our things short term. I especially liked that I could drive right up to the units in the Storage Zone instead of having to transfer things to a cart etc 1st. Customer service was great! We got a little welcome bag with a lock, very handy. One day it was in the 90s as we were unloading and Bonnie brought us some cold waters. Would recommend this place!!

Recently moved and couldn't fit all of our belongs and plus some, back into one house. Called and talked with Manager, Tim Jones. He set me right up. Great guy by the way! Found the unit I rented to be in excellent condition. Very clean. No cobwebs and no dirt or trash laying around. The property as a whole is very well kept along with adequate lighting and cameras throughout.

Reasonable and nice clean units. Definetly will recommend to friends and family.

This business is just like any other business they in it for the money and they charge you all kind of late fees. I was two months late and had to pay late fee 10.00, late fee #2 15.00 for both months plus a 50.00 auction fee for a total of 100. 00 so is you text from here NEVER be late with your payment. I have never heard of anyone charging two late fees per month that's just ridiculous. I will never rent from them again I am getting my stuff out asap.
