I stored our boat at the Storage Zone on West Pensacola for the last seven years. Debra has always been such a pleasure to work with. The fact they have video surveillance and gated access (plus the office overlooks the main gate) helps to insure a secure place for storage. Highly recommended!

I never rented anywhere other than morning star storage until I experienced renting from storage zone. Access anytime is a must for me. Cleanliness is perfect. Since the first day i haven't experience any major problems other than a simple leak which was not ignored. The staff handled it right away. They were very polite as usual.

They made my storage rental experience really easy. I had access to my stuff any time I needed to get in, and I always felt safe no matter what time of day. It I was late they were prompt to let me know before it became a problem, and helped me work out a payment to bring it up to date. I have been a renter before this time at this location and am well pleased with both experiences!

Recently had to move my items out of my storage Unit due to me finding Rats feces on my items . Didnt even waste my time bringing it to Debra attention because her attitude isn’t the best & knew it would be a waste of time . My experience at this location hasn’t been the best. PLEASE BE AWARE & bring rat traps if you do decide to rent ?????

She will pick a fight with her customers and then tell them to leave the property for unexplained reasons... Trying to reason with this mentally ill person only makes her angry, and she will raise her voice at you and throw you out... Please do not rent from these people... They are mentally ill people... This is not a business..it's a circus.

The property manager didn't acknowledge me when I asked her questions.. She only spoke to my ex girlfriend. I could go into detail as to the reason I think this occurred but people that are nasty to me usually have no good luck so I'll leave it alone and say pay attention to how the staff on duty acts if you are not Caucasian.

Extremely poor customer service. The management team is emotional and eratic. I will just put it out there. They dilebertly discriminate against people of their choosing and make false, negative accusations against them. I have been renting for 3 years at another storage zone location however it seems the management team at the Pensacola Street location leads the other three locations in Tallahassee. After 3 years of loyalty and multiple customer referrals I was told my lease is no longer being renewed for unknown reasons. After asking for more information I was cursed at, yelled at and threatened by Ms. Debra Rowling and MS. Rhonda Barrett over the phone and face to face. Debra is not even the manager at my location however she is calling the shots and uprooting my business with no reason as to why. When asked if I could continue to store my things because after all it is a storage facility. I was told they would not rent to me, again for unknown reasons but the phone call made to the police by Rhonda Barrett pretty much told me why, I was being discriminated against. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU PLAN ON RUNNING A BUSINESS. THEY ARE NOT BUSINESS FRIENDLY.

The manager on Pensacola Storage Zone overbooked my unit and gave me extreme attitude. She told me I was supposed to come in on a Sunday to pay for it and since I didn’t, she gave the unit to someone else. THEY AREN'T OPEN ON SUNDAYS. What's more, is she lied and told me they were open on Sunday, despite all their hours online AND ON THEIR FRONT DOOR, saying they're closed sundays. When I booked, the person on the phone said I could come in on the Monday to pay. When I asked for an explanation as to what happened to the unit, she said either to get another unit or get out. Never raised my voice once, I provided her with the CONFIRMATION EMAIL I RECEIVED and then she told me to leave. I’ve never had such awful customer service. Unbelievable.
