Tonia, the manager at this location, has done an amazing job cleaning up the business and bringing it up to high standards. The rent is very reasonable, the facility is kept clean and safe. I would recommend this to everyone, but good luck finding an opening. Since the new manager has taken over the place is pretty well filled.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received here. This was the lowest local price I could find on a unit this size. There were no ridiculous hidden fees, and the staff is friendly, approachable, and quick to respond to emails/phone calls. My unit was clean, and I did not have to wait at all to store things in it. The online bill payment service is extremely convenient. I would absolutely recommend this service to a friend or family member.

Manager is super friendly and accommodating, she went above and beyond to help me with my move. Units are clean and priced fairly. Neighboring shop workers are also great, they helped me push a car into my unit and refused a tip for their efforts. Overall great experience.

My brother and I recently had to clean out a unit that our father had been renting here for years before he passed. The onsite manager Tanya and David, were unbelievably helpful. Tanya warned us that our U-haul would bottom out and get stuck in the exit if we didn't take a wide turn going through the gate, but I didn't listen and got it stuck just like she said. David helped jack up the 26' truck and pull us out in the middle of the night (I had no trouble getting out once I followed her simple instructions). I could go on about other ways they helped us, but suffice to say you couldn't ask for more from a property manager. I've had to deal with quite a few storage units since my father passed and nowhere else will you get to do business with such great people.

I highly recommend that people steer clear of this business if you don't want all your earthly belongings ravished by rats!! This place has a rodent problem. They completely destroyed my furniture and clothing. The only thing the property manager offered me was some rat poison and proceeded to tell me they don't have rats (but had the poison readily available). She also blamed the infestation on me by saying that I must have some food in the unit. Definitely don't!! My belongings are now ruined and I plan to seek legal council on the matter.

I made a reservation on Friday to move my belongings in on the following Friday. I got a confirmation email with a transaction number and unit number. The only thing I was told to do next was to come in before the day I want to move in to grab the keys and sign papers. I went in the following Wednesday and they had given my unit away because “someone else came into the office and needed a unit.” So they gave my unit away and didn’t even have the decency to call or email me and tell me this. The front desk person said that is just they way they do things, if you don’t come in within a week of reserving it, they give it to someone else. Even though it wasn’t even a week since I made the reservation. A very unorganized and unprofessional way to run things in my opinion.
