You have 24 hour access to your units. I have had to retrieve & store items at all hours of the day & night & have never felt unsafe. The property is well lit, another plus in the security column for safety. The premises are video monitored so that if God forbid something bad should happen, then the situation can be quickly resolved with local law enforcement. You can count on Jennifer & her team of professional associates to get you the best deal available to not only meet your needs but also go above & beyond your expectations from "just a place to store your stuff". Was prepared to rent a unit today (05/08/22). Just called to find out how tall the unit I was about to book online was. Literally the only question I was trying to get answered. A woman answered the phone, I confirmed that I was calling the correct location, and asked how tall the units are. She said, obviously irritated that I asked, something to the effect of “I dunno. They’re not very tall.” Mentioned that I was about to reserve one unit but was between two sizes and just asked again if she knew the actual height. Obviously more irritated, she cut me off and said “I dunno… can you call me Monday ‘cause I’m closed!” I just replied, “no” then she hung up on me. Such a dumb way to lose business from someone who was literally about to book and pay.
