BUT, the on-site manager Susan, 24 hour access, cleanliness, and safety is the reason I won’t leave. Susan is absolutely the most respectful, understanding, and absolutely the most wonderful manager. She made me feel very comfortable when I came in to sign my lease, and walked through the lease with me step by step. If you are in the need of a storage unit, PLEASE go there and check them out and you will not be disappointed! I promise!

Even though I just moved in I have a good feeling about this place. Everything is laid out - simple and to the point. Multiple times you are informed on how much it'll be and the due dates. The building and structure are well maintained. Thomas is awesome - if there was ever needed an example of how much difference a single employee can make to a business - it would be him. Every point, question, concern, and rapport was covered perfectly. Should be an awesome place as long as I pay my bill ;)
