My experience with this storage company has not been good. While they were sandblasting the place they damaged my merchandise and would not take responsibility for damages and have increased prices two times this year not to mention other issues.

I was riding with my family to get some items out there unit and witnessed the manager being rude for no reason. She called and he immediately answered the phone WHAT, why are you calling. She redirected the tone and said good morning, he blatantly disregarded her and said he would not speak with her until he was ready to at 9am and hung up in her face! As a witness I don’t care how you feel about the situation there is a professional way to address all issues. He did not. He continued to be rude for almost 1hr. I would strongly recommend choosing another storage facility as the owner clearly has a distaste for his African American consumers. I was appalled by his speech, tone, and body language . It was necessary.

Their U-Haul service and customer service is poor. The employee I interacted with displayed a incredibly poor example of professionalism. If this is the level of service they provide to all their customers and products I would steer clear of this establishment. I will elaborate. Went to pick up keys, and the truck I had reserved wasn’t there. The employee at the desk acknowledged that he screwed up and extended the rental to the woman without checking the reservation log. The truck was supposed to be returned at 5pm Saturday March 17. The employee then provided a solution that involved him telling his son to call me and set up an alternate time to get the truck keys. He cited that he couldn’t wait saying “I have things to do after 6pm” 6pm is the time they closed. In my experience, if you create a problem you stick around until you fix the problem. This location is also closed on sundays, hence the need to acquire keys Saturday evening. I have been planning my move for three months and ultimately made another reservation at a different U-Haul location because I cannot afford (time and money) to not have a truck on my scheduled day to move (Sunday March 18). This was a completely unsatisfactory experience and a clear example of an employee demonstrating lack of professionalism. The epitome of “not my problem”
